- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3 cups mozzarella (divided)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup mini pepperonis
- Basil (chopped for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together the sour cream, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, oregano, 2 cups of mozzarella, and the Parmesan until smooth and creamy. Spread the mixture evenly into a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Spoon the pizza sauce right over the top and gently spread it into an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the sauce, then add the pepperoni on top.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for about 2 hours, until hot and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil just before serving. Serve warm with sliced baguette, chips, or crackers for dipping.
