Description
These sweet-and-spicy honey chipotle wings are slow-cooked until tender, then finished under the broiler for a sticky, caramelized glaze.

- 3 lb chicken wings
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup honey
- 4 tbsp chilies in adobo (the sauce only)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Add the chicken wings to your slow cooker. In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, honey, adobo sauce, apple cider vinegar, and seasonings.
- Pour half of the sauce over the wings and toss to coat. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Once cooked, transfer the wings to a foil-lined baking sheet and brush with the remaining sauce. Broil for 3–4 minutes, until sticky and slightly caramelized.
- Sprinkle with parsley if desired, then serve warm and enjoy.
