Ingredients

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese blend
  • ⅓ cup sliced green onions (plus more for topping)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ lemon (juiced)
  • 12 teaspoons hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 ½ teaspoons old bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add all of the crab dip ingredients straight into the slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring halfway through, until the cheese is fully melted and the dip is hot and bubbling.
  3. Stir again just before serving, then top with extra green onions. Serve with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
