  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (30 ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine the browned ground beef, kielbasa, chopped onion, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of celery soup. Stir to combine.
