- 1 16 ounce bottle catalina dressing
- 1 1 ounce envelope dry onion soup mix
Instructions
- Add the celery, carrots, onions, and baby potatoes to the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Place the chuck roast right on top of the veggies.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Catalina dressing and dry onion soup mix until combined.
- Pour the dressing mixture evenly over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours.
- Serve the roast with the veggies and sauce.
