This crockpot bacon cheeseburger dip is rich, creamy, and packed with all the flavors you love in a classic bacon cheeseburger.

- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 8 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed and softened
- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 15 ounce can diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- Bacon and pickles for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the cooked ground beef to your slow cooker along with the salt, pepper, dried minced onion, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, Velveeta, shredded cheddar, ketchup, and mustard.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, giving it a good stir every 30 minutes, until the dip is smooth and fully melted.
- Give everything one final stir before serving, then switch the slow cooker to warm to keep the dip creamy and ready for scooping.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the top with extra shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and sliced pickles, then drizzle with a little ketchup and mustard for that classic bacon cheeseburger look.
