  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed and softened
  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 15 ounce can diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • Bacon and pickles for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the cooked ground beef to your slow cooker along with the salt, pepper, dried minced onion, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, Velveeta, shredded cheddar, ketchup, and mustard.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, giving it a good stir every 30 minutes, until the dip is smooth and fully melted.
  3. Give everything one final stir before serving, then switch the slow cooker to warm to keep the dip creamy and ready for scooping.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle the top with extra shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and sliced pickles, then drizzle with a little ketchup and mustard for that classic bacon cheeseburger look.
