- 2 medium Yellow Onions
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your air fryer at the same temperature.
- Thinly slice the yellow onions aiming for about 1/4-inch thickness.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced onions with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, tossing until evenly coated.
- Lay the seasoned onion rings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in your air fryer basket.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Transfer the chips to a cooling rack and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
