- 2 pounds chicken wings (about 900g), whole or pre-cut flats and drumettes
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Pat your 2 pounds (900g) of chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the wings with 1 tablespoon olive oil until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon salt over the wings. Mix well.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, then flip each wing and cook another 10-13 minutes until skin is golden and crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: Toss cooked wings with 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice for extra brightness.
- Serve immediately.
