Description
Quick and flavorful bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers that are perfect for appetizers or snacks. Crispy on the outside with a creamy cheesy filling.

- 12 medium fresh jalapeños, washed and halved lengthwise
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slices thin-cut bacon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
- Wrap each jalapeño with a slice of bacon, tucking ends under or securing with a toothpick.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange poppers in air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 7 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5-8 minutes until bacon is golden and crisp.
- Let poppers rest briefly before serving warm.
