- 2 large apples, washed and cored
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- A light mist of oil spray
Instructions
- Wash the apples and slice them into uniform stick-shaped “fries” of about 1/4-inch thickness.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Toss the apple slices in the coating mixture until each piece is lightly covered.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. Lightly mist the air fryer basket with oil spray. Arrange the coated apple fries in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden-brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
