A super simple and fast no-bake candy made with white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Perfect for holiday gifting or enjoying as a rich, creamy treat.

- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional mix-ins: crushed peppermint candies, chopped toasted pecans, mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the butter and sweetened condensed milk. Stir gently until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth and warm.
- Add the white chocolate chips to the warm mixture. Stir constantly until the chips are fully melted and the mixture is creamy and glossy.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- If using, fold in peppermint bits, nuts, or mini marshmallows.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Once set, lift the candy out using the parchment overhang and slice into small squares.
