- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, minced or grated
- 1 small Onion, grated or minced
- 0.5 tablespoon Vegetable Stock Paste
- 1 tablespoon Miso Paste
- 0.5 cup Coconut Cream
- 2.5 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Fly by Jing Zhong Sauce
- 10 pieces Frozen Vegetable Potstickers
- 150–200 grams Silken or Soft Tofu, cubed
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1 bunch Green Onions, chopped
- to taste Fly by Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp
- to taste White or Black Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic, ginger, and grated onion for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in vegetable stock paste, miso paste, coconut cream, and Zhong Sauce. Gradually add water while mixing to create a smooth broth.
- Bring the broth to a gentle simmer, then add frozen potstickers. Reduce heat and cook for 5-7 minutes until potstickers are tender.
- Wilt the spinach over low heat for 2-3 minutes and set aside. Cube silken tofu and chop green onions.
- Taste the broth and adjust seasoning as necessary. Gently stir in the cubed tofu and remove from heat.
- Ladle the soup into bowls, ensuring each portion includes potstickers. Top with wilted spinach, chili crisp, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Substitute sesame oil with vegetable oil for a neutral flavor.
