Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice cucumbers. Lightly salt and let sit 10–15 minutes to release moisture if desired. Pat dry.
- Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add cucumbers, red onion, shredded cheese, and bacon. Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
