- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp ranch seasoning

Instructions
- Heat butter over medium heat in a large pot or Dutch oven. Add the diced onion, carrots, celery, and minced garlic. Sauté the vegetables until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Add the gluten-free flour, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper on top and stir well to combine.
- Pour in the chicken broth and buffalo wing sauce. Bring the mixture to a simmer to allow the flavors to meld and the soup to begin thickening.
- Stir in the heavy cream and cream cheese until fully incorporated, creating a creamy base.
- Incorporate the cooked shredded chicken into the pot. Let the soup simmer gently for 20-30 minutes to deepen the flavors.
- Ladle the hot soup into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions and feta cheese or your preferred toppings.
- Add all ingredients except for the coconut milk and cream cheese into a 6-quart Crockpot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the coconut milk and cream cheese until melted and combined. Serve immediately garnished with green onions and cheese.
