Ingredients

- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Stir in the white beans, chicken broth, and thyme.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
