- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 tsp dried thyme

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Combine cream cheese, butter, and minced garlic in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in whole milk until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Incorporate corn into the cream mixture, stirring until well combined. Add dried thyme, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Spread corn mixture into the prepared baking dish, evenly distributing it. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until bubbling and golden. Cheese should be melted and slightly browned.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley. Optional: drizzle with extra melted butter.
