Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine cream cheese, butter, and minced garlic in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in whole milk until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. Incorporate corn into the cream mixture, stirring until well combined. Add dried thyme, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread corn mixture into the prepared baking dish, evenly distributing it. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
