Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts: 2 (about 1 pound)
  • Cream cheese: 8 ounces, softened
  • Canned cream of chicken soup: 1 can (10.75 ounces)
  • Cheddar cheese: 1 cup, shredded
  • Bread crumbs: 1/2 cup
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons, melted
  • Salt and pepper: To taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a baking dish, combine the softened cream cheese and cream of chicken soup.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the dish with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Top the chicken with shredded cheddar cheese.
