Ingredients

  • 810 lb bone-in ham
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down, and cover loosely with foil. Bake for 1.5 hours.
  3. Combine the glaze ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over the ham after 1.5 hours. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, basting halfway through.
  5. Let the ham rest for about 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
