- 8–10 lb bone-in ham
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down, and cover loosely with foil. Bake for 1.5 hours.
- Combine the glaze ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
- Brush the glaze generously over the ham after 1.5 hours. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, basting halfway through.
- Let the ham rest for about 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
