Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a quarter sheet baking pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Place the cold brie round directly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is softened and starting to melt. Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes to make transferring easier.
- Carefully move the brie to a serving dish or keep it on the parchment paper for serving. Evenly spread the cranberry sauce over the top, leaving about a ½-inch margin around the edges.
