- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside to drain excess grease.
- Sauté the red onion and garlic in the skillet until translucent.
- Add cranberries, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar to the skillet. Cook until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
- Crumble the cooked bacon and stir into the cranberry jam mixture.
