Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside to drain excess grease.
