- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk (any kind)
- 1 cup cottage cheese (2% fat preferred)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Sift the mixture into another bowl.
- Add the milk and cottage cheese to the sifted dry ingredients. Stir gently until combined.
- Spoon the dough into the prepared loaf pan and level the surface with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 70 minutes. Test for doneness with a toothpick.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice the loaf into 10 pieces using a serrated knife.
