Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and honey until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently until smooth.
- Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape each into a bagel, making a hole in the center with your thumb.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and let them rest for about 10 minutes.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
