Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Oat Flour (Make your own by blending oats into a fine powder.)
- 1/2 cup Nut/Seed Butter (Almond or hazelnut butter for different flavors.)
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (Flavorful vanilla protein powder is recommended.)
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sweetener (Monk fruit or erythritol work best.)
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk (Adjust quantity based on the type of protein powder used.)
- 1 cup Chocolate (Dark or milk chocolate is perfect for coating.)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, blend your oat flour, nut or seed butter, protein powder, and granulated sweetener until evenly mixed.
- Gradually pour in 1/4 cup of almond milk, stirring continuously until a firm dough begins to form.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the dough and roll them into your desired shape—either bars or mini eggs.
- In a double boiler or microwave, melt the chocolate until smooth, stirring gently to prevent burning.
- Using a fork or dipping tool, carefully dip each rolled dough piece into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Once all the bars are coated, place the tray in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
