  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk (Adjust quantity based on the type of protein powder used.)
  • 1 cup Chocolate (Dark or milk chocolate is perfect for coating.)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend your oat flour, nut or seed butter, protein powder, and granulated sweetener until evenly mixed.
  2. Gradually pour in 1/4 cup of almond milk, stirring continuously until a firm dough begins to form.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the dough and roll them into your desired shape—either bars or mini eggs.
  4. In a double boiler or microwave, melt the chocolate until smooth, stirring gently to prevent burning.
  5. Using a fork or dipping tool, carefully dip each rolled dough piece into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  6. Once all the bars are coated, place the tray in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
