Recreate a restaurant favorite with this Copycat Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken. Juicy chicken topped with creamy cheese and a crispy crust.

- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and nearly cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and scrape up the browned bits, then stir in heavy cream and let simmer until slightly thickened.
- In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, and provolone cheese until well combined.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and toast panko breadcrumbs with minced garlic until golden brown.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the creamy cheese mixture over each piece.
- Sprinkle the toasted breadcrumb mixture on top, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Broil for 2–4 minutes until the topping is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with sauce spooned over the chicken.
