Description
Super easy, three ingredient roll up sandwiches are great for lunchboxes, picnics and parties. Everyone loves them!
Ingredients

- 4 pieces lavash bread (or large, flour tortillas)
- 8 Persian cucumbers (or 2 large English cucumbers)
- 8 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
Instructions
- Peel and thinly slice the cucumber.
- Lay a piece of lavash bread on your workspace and spread some cream cheese evenly, leaving one of the short ends with some empty space.
- Layer the cucumber slices over the cream cheese.
- Begin rolling the bread by the short end, but not the end with the space. Roll it tightly, avoiding air gaps.
- Cut the sandwich roll with a sharp serrated knife into four equal pieces. Secure with a long sandwich pick.
- Serve immediately for best results, or refrigerate for a few hours.
