  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place blueberries in a large bowl and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of flour and sugar over berries – toss blueberries to coat with flour and sugar.
  3. Place the blueberry mixture in a buttered 8″ by 8″ baking dish.
  4. For the crisps topping, cream flour, butter, sugar, salt, and baking powder with a pastry blender. Then stir the vanilla extract into the mixture.
