- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons whole milk
- Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

Instructions
- Make the Crumble Topping: Combine cold cubed butter, flour, and powdered sugar in a bowl. Work the butter into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Preheat and Prep Your Skillet: Move the oven rack to the lowest position and preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease a 12-inch oven-safe skillet with butter or cooking spray.
- Mix the Dutch Baby Batter: Whisk together flour, salt, eggs, and milk in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Pour the Batter: Pour the batter into the prepared skillet, spreading it evenly.
- Add the Cinnamon Sugar: Mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Drizzle this mixture over the batter.
- Top with Crumble: Sprinkle the chilled crumble evenly over the batter.
- Bake Until Puffed and Golden: Bake for 20–22 minutes, avoiding opening the oven door.
- Make the Glaze and Serve: Whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the baked Dutch baby, slice, and serve warm.
