- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Bubble Gum Extract
- 1–2 teaspoons Pink Food Coloring
- ½ to 1 cup Mini Gumballs
Instructions
- In a chilled mixing bowl, pour 2 cups of cold heavy cream. Whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, and 1-2 teaspoons of bubble gum extract.
- Stir in ½ to 1 cup of mini gumballs until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture into an airtight container, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Before serving, let the ice cream sit for about 5 minutes to soften slightly.
