- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Red pepper flakes
- Ranch or marinara for dipping
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread garlic butter on one side.
- On the unbuttered side, add chicken, mozzarella, and cheddar to one half.
- Fold tortillas in half to form wraps.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook wraps garlic-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Rest briefly, slice, garnish if desired, and serve warm.

- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
