Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Ranch or marinara for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and spread garlic butter on one side.
  3. On the unbuttered side, add chicken, mozzarella, and cheddar to one half.
  4. Fold tortillas in half to form wraps.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook wraps garlic-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Rest briefly, slice, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
