Ingredients

- ½ scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter powder (PB2 or similar)
- 1–2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk (as needed)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional but highly recommended)
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt and protein powder in a bowl.
- Add peanut butter powder and sea salt.
- Whip until color lightens.
- Continue whipping until texture thickens.
- Watch the volume double.
- Form stiff, fluffy peaks.
- If necessary, whip longer or add 1 teaspoon of protein powder.
- Add a few drops of almond milk and whip briefly.
