Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended for creaminess)
  • ½ scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter powder (PB2 or similar)
  • 12 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk (as needed)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional but highly recommended)

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt and protein powder in a bowl.
  2. Add peanut butter powder and sea salt.
  3. Whip until color lightens.
  4. Continue whipping until texture thickens.
  5. Watch the volume double.
  6. Form stiff, fluffy peaks.
  7. If necessary, whip longer or add 1 teaspoon of protein powder.
  8. Add a few drops of almond milk and whip briefly.
