Instructions
- Mix the Liquids: In a bowl or jar, whisk together your milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Add Chia Seeds: Stir in the chia seeds and mix thoroughly for about 30 seconds.
- Initial Rest & Stir: Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again.
- Chill to Set: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight.
- Serve: Stir before serving and add your favorite toppings.
