  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped celery, chopped onion, and black pepper until fully mixed.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the stuffing mix with the melted butter and chicken broth until the stuffing is moistened.
  5. Sprinkle the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken layer.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the top is golden.
  7. Let the casserole rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
