Delicious Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped celery, chopped onion, and black pepper until fully mixed.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the stuffing mix with the melted butter and chicken broth until the stuffing is moistened.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken layer.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the top is golden.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
