- ¼ cup pesto (plus extra for drizzling)

- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken recommended)
- ~4 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet, spaced apart for even cooking.
- Spread ¼ cup pesto evenly over each flatbread.
- Layer shredded mozzarella, shredded chicken, and cherry tomatoes over pesto.
- Top with fresh basil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until flatbreads are crisp and cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with additional pesto after baking and serve in 2 pieces per flatbread.
