Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 2 slices of your favorite cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
