- 8 oz short pasta (like rotini or penne)
- 2½ cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken (or other cooked and chopped chicken)
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly mist a 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add uncooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, and chopped cooked chicken to the dish. Stir thoroughly. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil carefully. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pasta. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
- Let the pasta bake rest for a few minutes before serving warm.
