This Chicken Parmesan Crescent Rolls recipe is a quick and irresistible twist on the classic Italian favorite. Flaky, buttery crescent rolls are stuffed with juicy chicken, rich marinara sauce, and melty mozzarella, then baked until golden and bubbly.

- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 can (8 oz / 225g refrigerated crescent roll dough)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, marinara sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Place triangles on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up starting from the wide side toward the tip.
- Tuck edges slightly to keep filling inside.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for 3–5 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
