- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine flours, butter, sugar, and salt.
- Press half the mixture into a pan.
- Spread cherry pie filling.
- Sprinkle with almonds and remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool completely before cutting.
