- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound cooked and chopped seafood (such as shrimp, crab, or lobster)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheese, chopped seafood, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the seafood and cheese mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape, then roll it up tightly.
- Place the filled and rolled tortilla bomb seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Repeat steps 3-5 with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Bake the tortilla bombs for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are lightly golden brown.
- Serve the cheesy seafood tortilla bombs warm, with your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
