- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat to low.
- Gradually whisk in grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella until melted and the sauce is smooth and velvety.
- Add the cooked twisted pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce. Gently fold to coat.
- Warm through for one minute off the heat. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
