Instructions
- Slice onions thinly and mince garlic; set aside.

- While onions are cooking, boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Combine drained pasta with the onion-garlic mixture in the skillet. Add reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.
- Serve immediately, drizzling generously with chilli oil and topping with Parmesan cheese.
