- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped cabbage and sauté for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
