Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Cabbage (green or savoy)
  • 1 pound Ground Meat (pork, beef, or chicken)
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2030 Wonton or Dumpling Wrappers
  • Water, for sealing

Instructions

  1. Remove the cabbage core and boil the leaves.
  2. Pat dry the boiled leaves.
  3. Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until translucent.
  4. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
  5. Mix the mixture with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Stir in chopped cabbage.
  7. Fill wrappers with the meat mixture.
  8. Seal the dumplings tightly with water.
  9. Cook the dumplings by boiling or pan-frying.
  10. Serve warm with soy sauce or sesame sauce.
