This Buffalo Chicken Dip is a game day favorite, combining shredded chicken, creamy cheeses, and spicy buffalo sauce for a delicious appetizer. Perfect for serving with chips or veggies.

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh green onions (sliced)
- tortilla chips (celery sticks, or carrot sticks for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Add the shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using) to the mixture. Fold gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for dipping.
Notes
- This dip is best served warm.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
