  • 1 cup chocolate chips of choice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour for crumb topping
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar for crumb topping
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted for crumb topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips of choice for crumb topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until golden. Pour into a large bowl to cool.
  3. Mix ingredients for the crumb topping in a medium bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Whisk together dry ingredients in another bowl and set aside.
  5. Incorporate granulated sugar into cooled brown butter and whisk until smooth.
  6. Add room temperature eggs to the mixture and whisk until fully combined.
  7. Stir in Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Fold in the dry ingredients gently until just combined.
  9. Gently incorporate chocolate chips into the batter.
  10. Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and top with crumb topping.
  11. Bake for 60-70 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  12. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before serving.
  13. Serve warm, optionally with butter and sea salt.
