- 1/2 cup chocolate chips of choice for crumb topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper; set aside.
- Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until golden. Pour into a large bowl to cool.
- Mix ingredients for the crumb topping in a medium bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
- Whisk together dry ingredients in another bowl and set aside.
- Incorporate granulated sugar into cooled brown butter and whisk until smooth.
- Add room temperature eggs to the mixture and whisk until fully combined.
- Stir in Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the dry ingredients gently until just combined.
- Gently incorporate chocolate chips into the batter.
- Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and top with crumb topping.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm, optionally with butter and sea salt.
