- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 500g broccoli florets
- 200g cream cheese
- 150ml heavy cream
- 100g mozzarella cheese, grated
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cook broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add chicken cubes to the pan and cook until browned.
- Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until a smooth sauce forms.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked broccoli to the pan and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of nutmeg to the sauce.
- Ensure broccoli is not overcooked before adding to the bake.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
