- 3–4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 medium McIntosh apples
- 8 ounces Brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage
- to taste honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Position the rack in the middle.
- Drizzle 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil onto your baking pan or pizza stone. Stretch out 1 pound of pizza dough into your desired shape.
- Place the Brie cheese slices evenly across the dough, leaving a ½-inch border. Add thinly sliced McIntosh apples and sprinkle the chopped fresh sage on top.
- Slide the flatbread into your preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the flatbread from the oven, and drizzle honey generously on top. Slice into 10 pieces and serve.
