Prosciutto, Pear, and Blue Cheese Bites are elegant, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make.

- 1 large pear, firm and ripe
- 4 oz blue cheese (wedge preferred, not crumbles)
- 3–4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into 2-inch strips
- Balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade by reducing balsamic vinegar)
- Optional toppings: chopped walnuts, pine nuts, or fresh thyme sprigs
Instructions
- Core and slice the pear into 20 thin wedges. Keep the skin on for color and texture.
- Slice blue cheese into small strips that will fit neatly on each pear wedge.
- Place a strip of blue cheese on each pear slice. Wrap with a thin strip of prosciutto to secure.
- Arrange bites on a serving platter and drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 hours before serving.
