Instructions

  1. Core and slice the pear into 20 thin wedges. Keep the skin on for color and texture.
  2. Slice blue cheese into small strips that will fit neatly on each pear wedge.
  3. Place a strip of blue cheese on each pear slice. Wrap with a thin strip of prosciutto to secure.
