- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries (Can swap with other berries.)
- 1/2 cup Thick Natural Yoghurt/Greek Yoghurt (Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option.)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional, but recommended.)
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup/Sweetener (Can substitute with agave syrup.)
- 1 pinch Salt (Enhances overall flavor.)
- 100 g Dark Chocolate (Ensure it’s vegan.)
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil (Optional for a glossy finish.)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine rolled oats, milk, fresh strawberries, yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into bowls or jars and smooth the tops.
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the blended oats, covering evenly.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours to let the chocolate set.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with extra strawberries or nuts.
