  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Prepare your Blackstone griddle for medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the steak, chicken, and shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the Blackstone griddle.
  4. Cook the steak in batches until browned. Remove from griddle and set aside.
  5. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from griddle and set aside.
  6. Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque. Remove from griddle and set aside.
  7. Add the onion, bell peppers, broccoli, and mushrooms to the griddle. Stir fry until tender-crisp.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Add optional red pepper flakes.
  9. Pour the sauce over the vegetables on the griddle. Cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
  10. Return the steak, chicken, and shrimp to the griddle. Toss everything together to coat with the sauce.
  11. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  12. Serve your Blackstone Cowboy Stir Fry immediately.
