- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold
Instructions
- Rinse the berries and pat them dry. In a large bowl, gently toss the berries with granulated sugar, lemon juice, and all-purpose flour to evenly coat.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold unsalted butter until the mixture becomes crumbly.
- Pour the berry mixture into a greased baking dish or pie pan. Evenly spread the crumble topping over the berries.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the pie for 40 to 45 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the filling bubbles around the edges.
- Allow the pie to cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.
